Access to own transport essential as maybe required to cover other clinics. Experienced Office Administrator required to work in a Physiotherapy Clinic. Applicants must have previous office experience, good communication skills, and knowledge of computer systems. Duties include answering telephone calls, greeting clients, managing the electronic diary, processing payments, typing letters, reports and filing. Must flexible to meet business needs. Additional: Hours are Monday to Thursday between 8am-8pm, Friday between 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-1pm.
