As Head Pastry Chef you will report directly to the Head Chef and Operations Manager and have overall responsibility for the pastry team and junior kitchen staff. You will consult with the Head Chef on menu changes and be directly responsible for the continued popularity of the restaurant and food. You will work closely with all F&B departments including the busy conference and events team.
As a successful chef you will have experience in two or more rosette five and four star hotel or fine dining restaurant's. You will use all of your initiative and experience to cement this wonderful restaurant even further. Reed - 12 months ago
