IT field engineer IT (Level 1)

We have a requirement for additional field-based IT engineers to visit sites in Inverness, installing and troubleshooting PC equipment and delivering a high level of customer service. Candidates should ideally have experience of working as an IT field service engineer.
As travel is involved around Inverness, the IT field engineer must own their own transport. They must also be prepared to work on a self-employed basis and be flexible regarding jobs.
As well as technical skills and experience, all our IT field engineers should have excellent communication skills, be dedicated and focused on delivery and have a strong customer service ethic. They should also be educated to GCSE-level or equivalent as a minimum.
