An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic team player to join the Estates and Strategic Asset Management Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the project management and delivery of the Collaborative Asset Management project. This innovative project will identify a vision of how collective public and third sector assets in Blaenau Gwent could be best used more effectively to meet customer demand.
You will develop a collaborative asset management strategy setting out how the vision will be achieved, including a business case for the initial opportunities identified for co-location and collaboration.
You will also establish Local Asset Boards to facilitate consultation with key public sector and third sector partners, ensuring that all partners are kept engaged and informed and effective working relationships are developed.
A property related degree level qualification and/or significant experience of working within a property environment is essential for this position. Also required is experience of designing and facilitating stakeholder engagement and a good working knowledge of the Public Sector and specifically local government in Wales. Strong communication, presentation, relationship building and networking skills are also required for this role
This post also carries a Casual Car User Allowance therefore access to a vehicle for work purposes is required.
