Our client is a world leading company that specialises in providing inspection services. It is currently seeking a number of Engineering Surveyors to work from home in order to cover work in specific geographical locations. Specialisms sought after are pressure, crane and lift. The main purpose of this role will be to carry out high quality inspections and operate within agreed authorities, inspection and health and safety standards. This will include:

• Fully utilising operational systems, ensuring that accurate data is recorded
• Whilst working as a member of a national and regional team, retaining independent ownership and responsibility for all allocated inspection and technical activities
• Formulating, producing and distributing inspection reports
• Providing, building and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Maintaining an awareness of developments in standards and legislation
• Providing training for other Engineer Surveyors as required

Proven installation or maintenance experience and sound technical knowledge are essential, including an excellent understanding of in-service inspection procedures and processes. You will be relevantly qualified to at least NVQ level3 or ONC level and hold a current UK driving licence. Good knowledge of market, industry trends, developments and changes in legislation is also required, along with computer literacy.
