Project Manager required by the world's leading developer and licensor of Internet bingo products. The company has won several awards in 2010. Its multi-lingual and multi-currency European network has peak traffic of over 8,000 concurrent players driving over €100 million in total stakes-per-month. Some of the world's best-known gaming operators, bookmakers, land-based operators and media companies use their solutions. The company is continuing to expand its offerings with over 50% of revenues now generated by non-Bingo games. This is a dynamic organisation delivering a wide range of internally and client driven projects. Development of the common code base is undertaken using an Agile-influenced iterative approach, with five full releases each year.

A bright and enthusiastic Project Manager is required to join the dynamic and growing Project Management Office. This is an extremely varied role with individual Project Managers working closely with all aspects of the business (product development, account management, development teams and operations), on a number of projects throughout each release cycle. There are a high number of concurrent projects to manage varying from completely new product development to ongoing enhancements to the existing offering. These will range in size from a few weeks to many months of development.

Tasks and responsibilities
• Project managing a range of projects - ownership of the entire project life cycle from inception to deployment and post-deployment support;
• Providing initial validation of incoming development requests, distinguishing those requiring further information and facilitating this with customers.
• Upkeep of tasks and issues within a web-based project management tool;
• Reporting into the weekly programme board on project progress, risks and issues;
• Creation and upkeep of project related documentation including project plans;
• Day to day communication with the internal development teams, account management and direct with clients where applicable;
• Where appropriate, technical account management for customer integration issues, and
• Assistance with the development of internal process methodologies. Skills required:
Personal profile
The successful candidate will be required to interact daily with all areas and levels of the business. They must be able to demonstrate an ability to manage both external demands and internal constraints, balancing shifting day-to-day priorities with the longer term project work in this fast moving industry.

Candidates should be self-starters, with a high attention to detail and are comfortable with the highly technical nature of the product. Much of the role is working closely with developers, account management and customers on day-to-day issues.

Mandatory skills and experience
• Proven project management experience gained in a fast-paced development environment, covering the full development life cycle;
• Strong stakeholder management experience across a variety of levels (both internal and external), and
• Strong and consistent record of academic achievement.

Desirable skills and experience
• Knowledge of Agile, PRINCE 2 or other Project Management methodologies;
• Relevant technical background in web technologies or background in business analysis

• Knowledge of Online Gaming. Salary:
