Operation Support Assistant
A temporary assignment exists for an Operations Support Assistant to join a leading telecommunications company based in Glasgow.
As Operations Support Assistant you will be working in the Operations Support Team you will be responsible for the day to day support and administration of the key IT systems used in customer support and sales activities.
As Operations Support Assistant your responsibilities will be;
- Configure, maintain and support databases, working with the managed Service Partner teams where needed
- Liaise with the Managed Service Partner technical teams to ensure SLAs are met and all technical configurations to support campaigns and product launches/updates are delivered.
- Responsible for communication of all planned and unplanned outages to the wider business, ensuring advisors have the latest accurate information for handling customer enquiries
- Maintain and audit access to the customer relations IT systems in accordance with the companies security policy
Key skills required for this role as Operations Support Assistant;
- demonstrable administration and communication skills with attention to detail
- proven background of operational experience within a Service Support & Service Delivery environment at an enterprise level in line with an ITIL framework
- discernible ability to show an understanding of CRM Systems architecture and supporting infrastructures Contact Centre Telephony and Retail POS systems
