My client are a world leading Telecom Company looking for four Customer Service Co-Ordinators for long term contracts. As the Customer Service Co-Ordinators you will be required for 12 hour shifts on a four on/ four off rota basis.
Reporting into the centre manager the key responsibilities of the job are:
Accepting customer requests via phone, E-mail, or website, and collecting the necessary information from customers as the first point of contact.
Creating and managing customers' requests with complete and accurate information and assign to engineer.
Assisting engineers with updates on requests if necessary.
Updating all on-call Rotas
Logging all support incidents in call-tracking database ensuring all data is complete and accurate.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer product/network problems, using On-line management systems, and other resources wherever possible.
As a successful applicant you will demonstrate:
IT helpdesk or NOC experience
First class customer service
Excellent communication skills
The ability to perform in a highly process driven environment
Providing top quality support to customers including monthly reporting
Quick and accurate updating of requests to track and document resolution of service
This position would suit somebody from a high volume call centre environment. This is a highly process driven role and in order to understand the technical aspects of this position you will be provided with training.
