Dutch Sales Executive

The Person :
The person in this role will have experience ofoutbound business to business sales, and generating sales leads through coldcalling. You will be proactive and able to work on your own initiative as wellas being able to work as required by direct line managers. This role requiresyou to be determined, resilient and driven to achieve and surpass targets.
Responsibilities:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generatingqualified leads for software products with mid-market and enterprise prospects.You will identify the appropriate decision makers and influencers at eachorganization and, based on comprehensive product training, use probingtechniques to uncover need and present possible solutions. Using BANT (Budget,Authority, Need and Timeframe) criteria, you will qualify sales"leads" for internal sales team. You must be able to understandcomplex sales processes and recognize that in many cases, development of aBANT-qualified lead may require multiple conversations, detailed data gatheringand relationship development. You will leverage a large database of targetedprospects for cold-calling and will also be provided with "warmer"responder records from a variety of marketing campaigns.
All new hires will receive in-depth training onproducts and sales processes prior to assuming sales responsibilities and mustpass a final certification exam that includes a written test as well as a"live" role-playing test.
The Role:
- Warm and cold call IT professionals at mid-sizedand enterprise companies
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals includingleads, dials and talk time
- Use CRM tools for tracking and record updates
- Identify prospect needs and present appropriatesolutions
- Qualify leads using pre-defined BANT criteria
- Capture marketing intelligence data and detailedlead notes for all prospect conversations
Essential Criteria:
- Confident and energetic phone presence. Excellentcall handling, objection handling and closing skills
- Demonstrated prior Technical (HW/SW/IT) productexperience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsin Dutch
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability tomulti-task.
- Strong computer skills including experience withMicrosoft Office and CRM applications.
- Documented, excellent attendance record in previouspositions.
- Aggressive, energetic self-starter who enjoysworking in a quota-driven environment

Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday rotational shifts from 7:00am- 7:00pm
Candidates will be required to complete aPersonality Index evaluation and background check. References required.
SALARY: £14,500 + commission OTE £18k per year
