Acts as focal point for all departments requesting permits.

Perco Pre day shift 05.00. Gas tests on all platform working areas.

Perco Pre Night shift 17.00. Gas tests on all platform working areas.

Conducts the list of permits required for day shift and night shift and sends to A.A. for pre-issue.

Perco signs off on all permits requiring gas test.

Ensures all permits are in the system for 10.30 and authorised for the following day.

Reviews permits, walks the job with P.A. Discusses any changes with P.A. Regardingjob description or risk assessment prior to making any changes.

Meets with A.A. for Daily permit verification.

Perco sends list for the following day of permits requiring authorisation to platform OIM.

Issow system clean up each morning of permits overdue, to be completed or archived from the system.

Monitors issow for permits going out of date and either job completes, copies over, requests an extension or creates from new.

Perco duties also include copying over of permits or creating from new, permits required from the platform departments.

Pre plans and submits permits in advance for shutdowns or vendors coming to the platform.

Computer Literate

Good knowledge of the ISSOW system

Ability to work on own initiative
