Role Responsibility:
Part time 17.5 hours per week Location Aberdeen - Exciting New Opportunities within the leading Security
The Scottish Prison Service has recently awarded its contract for the transportation of all individuals in custody or on remand awaiting sentencing. This involves responsibility for transferring individuals to other prison establishment; escorting individuals throughout the network of courts and police stations within mainland Scotland and its Islands.
G4S escorts 180,000 prisoners each year.
Whether you are driving one of our purpose-built security vehicles, conducting searches or completing paperwork, your focus will be to ensure the security and safety is maintained, whilst treating people with respect and consideration.
If you have great people skills, can operate in a flexible environment with a non-judgmental approach you could train for a career that’s both challenging and rewarding within a fast paced, complex and challenging environment. You will need to remain calm under pressure, adapt to changing situations and ideally have a full C1 UK driving license; along with the flexibility to occasionally work at weekends
