Summary
The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for compiling and implementing the Marketing Plan by working closely with key stakeholders. This plan must anticipate and include strategies to meet both the internal and external business needs of the business. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring a coherent brand message is delivered across all communications as well as acting as the spokesperson and point of contact for all press enquiries.
Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To plan and implement the marketing plan
- To maximise the brand awareness of the organisation
- To design and implement an advertising plan
- To plan the distribution of marketing materials
- To liaise externally with stakeholders and businesses to promote leads and increase the awareness of the organisation within the local community
- To manage the marketing and communications budget
- To oversee the maintenance of the brand on the website
- To line manage the social media communications to include Facebook and Twitter
Who we're looking for
An experienced Marketing & Communications Manager, must be available immediately and happy to travel to Kent.
