Job Title: Self Employed Recruitment Consultant / Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager
Commission Based - The harder you work, the more you earn!
Salary: 60% of billing. OTE: £30k-80k per annum.

Due to our substantial success over the past few years, we are looking for self employed Regional Sales Executives and Business Development Executives to grow their own territory into a thriving profit generator.
We use a fixed price model to offer the most competitive rates in the market place - a great selling point! Your target market will be small and medium sized organisations, of which encompass 99.9% of the UK’s private business enterprises.
The ideal candidates will be from a recruitment background or people who understand the industry, process and challenges. Due to our competitive model, our process allows you to secure contracts with your clients, allowing you to offer them a number of great reasons to choose working with you over other recruiters, ensuring repeat business and therefore residual income.
With full head office backing, administration and support, you will be actively selling this fixed price recruitment solution to local and national businesses, with a goal of obtaining them as clients and securing repeat business, therefore creating and developing residual income.
This is your opportunity to secure your very own business territory, encompassing your entire city, region, and other regions to market to and develop into your own business.
You can work as your own manager, securing business either from home via the telephone or through face-to-face visits and meetings.
You will have the flexibility to offer temporary, contract, and permanent recruitment solutions within the industry sectors of your choice.
Very competitive commission package: 60/40 split (in your favour). Leading to significant residual income - work once, get paid continuously.
