A Senior Trainer (Military Communications Systems) is being sought to deliver a programme of new training courses to customers both in the UK and abroad. The Senior Trainer will already have experience of delivering training programmes within a military environment and must have experience of Military Communications Systems. Security clearance (currently held or previously held) will also be required.

You will be a good team player with excellent communications skills and your previous experience of developing quality training courses will be invaluable in enabling you to deliver courses and produce training materials that will inspire and impress our existing and future clients, both at home and abroad. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with international audiences will also be required.

Experience of working to DSAT (Defence Systems Approach to Training) and JSP 822 will be needed along with practical experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Some travel abroad will be required as training is delivered on customer sites both domestically and overseas. Knowledge of Link 16, Link 11 and WAN is highly desirable but not essential.

This role will be for a fixed term contract of 12 months initially, as this is an area of new business for the company. Depending on performance and on-going business development, this could however lead onto a permanent role in future.
