Due to an arising exciting new business venture starting on 1st June, 2012 with a reputable airline carrier, producing 800 -900 premium class meals on a daily basis, we are seeking talented Chef de Parties:
In collaboration with the Kitchen team you will ensure consistency of assembling, producing dishes as per our customer needs and pax figures
You are responsible for following good food hygiene practices and due diligence as designated by legislation and the Head Chef's specification to include all HACCP recording and documentation.
You have gained previous working knowledge within a large scale catering/ manufacturing production or FMCG kitchen or large volume airline catering environment is desirable
You enjoy being part of a large team, are able to communicate at all levels
You should be able to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written)
You are able to commit to flexible work pattern undertaking evening and night shifts as well as weekend work.
Salary & Training
The salary is starting at £6.08 per hour and will be based upon your experience gained with individually tailored training and career prospects and a generous benefit package.
