Based from a professional office environment your key duties will include: Responding to calls, emails, letters from property owners, Liaising with contractors to arrange maintenance works, Updating clients, Dealing with queries on accounts, Managing insurance claims. Candidates should have experience of carrying out general admin in a professional environment, providing good customer service, working in a team and communicating in an articulate manner.
