An opportunity has arisen for a Design Engineer to join a small and dynamic team for a manufacturing client based near Swansea.
I am looking for a Design Engineer with a mechanical bias to create bespoke machine from concept to production. You are likely to have experience in rotating equipment, small moving mechanisms, conveyors or similar.
The right applicant will be able to handle and manage their own project from supplier liaisons, customer requirements all the way through to delivery. You will also be required to take part in Research & Development work to ensure the maintenance and optimisation of existing designs.
You should be fully conversant with a 3D CAD package (ideally Inventor) and be able to perform engineering calculations, create technical drawings and related.
