Sheridan Maine is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivables Administrator on a temporary basis for a Portsmouth based business.
The Accounts Receivables Clerk is responsible for verifying and posting received payments and resolving any discrepancies. Duties will include:
Reconciling billing data to received revenue
Processing and posting payments
Reconciling cash, credit card and direct debit transactions including charge backs
Managing payments and any payment queries
Balance sheet reconciliations
You will be well organised with strong technical accounting skills, thoroughness and attention to detail. This role is for a period of 1-2 months and requires you to be immediately available. To be successful in your application you must have previous experience of working in a similar role.
