POSITION PURPOSE STATEMENT:
The SCM Coordinator - Frame Agreements is responsible for Procurement/Subcontracting activities relating to strategic Frame Agreements. Reporting to the Process, Systems & Tools Manager, the SCM Coordinator - Frame Agreements will manage the SCM processes for the pre & post award Frame Agreement management duties including but not limited to the following key responsibilities (this Role Description is not all inclusive and is meant to be used as a guide):

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Apply the Company SCM Policies, Processes and Procedures as outlined in the Business Management System (BMS)
Proactively contribute to the SCM strategy and goals and to the achievement of these
Proactively engage with Group Commodity Directors to support any Strategic pricing agreement opportunities or synergies across the Group
Prepare Bidders Lists, issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages for products and services in order to secure bids for required Scope of Work
Manage and conduct the process of performing bid evaluations and prepare recommendation documentation for award
Liaise with other disciplines, Quality Control, Health & Safety, Engineering etc and ensure bids are evaluated in accordance with the SCM processes
Review and negotiate Supplier requested qualifications to the Subsea 7 Terms and Conditions, interface with other disciplines such as Contracts & Legal, where required. Ensure the best possible contractual position of Subsea 7
Actively contribute to the UK SCM annual savings target, challenging Supplier costs wherever possible. Negotiate the best commercial deal for Subsea 7
Ensure statutory requirements are incorporated into Frame Agreements
Managing and conducting supplier feedback and performance assessments during the life cycle of the Frame Agreement or post completion
Assisting in pre-qualification of Suppliers
Assisting in maintaining the approved Supplier Management System
Regular attendance at relevant SCM Department meetings

Manage Owned Frame Agreements by ensuring that:
Renewals are executed in a timely manner
Meetings with the Supplier are held in line with terms of the Frame Agreement
Reports from Suppliers are received and reviewed in line with terms of the Frame Agreement
Discount payments are received in line with terms of the Frame Agreement
Terms & conditions in each Frame Agreement are not more than 3 years old
Pricing audits are executed and reported
Actively participate in supplier development where necessary
Qualifications and Education

General Education:
Degree Qualified preferably in a commercial, legal or business subject.
Extensive experience may replace the requirement for higher education .

Technical (including IT):
Experience with SAP desirable but not essential
High degree of computer literacy (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc)

Pro-active and positive to changes and challenges
Pro-active and open in communication with all interfacing parties

Experience:
Experience in Frame Agreement Management within the Oil & Gas Industry (Subsea experience desirable but not essential)

Basic understanding of Contractual Law relevant to the Oil & Gas Industry
