Carry out roadside repair and recoveries on Jaguar Land Rover vehicles
Job description
You will safely carry out roadside diagnosis and repair on vehicles at the roadside (including motorways) at the scene of a customers breakdown.
You will maintain a high standard of courtesy and customer service and build and maintain constructive relationships with the manufacturers retailer/dealer network.
You must be able to use and service the diagnostic equipment that you are provided with and also maintain accurate records of paperwork to ensure satisfactory job performance.
Requirements
NVQ level 3 or Equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Candidates should have current main dealer experience. Ideal candidates will have Jaguar / Land Rover main dealer experience.
An in depth practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical workings of a wide range of motor vehicles
Good verbal communication skills
Must maintain a driving licence covering categories B and E
