We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join and lead our established team.
To be considered as our new General Manager ideally you will have the
Rooms, yield management and sales driven Holidex and Brillant experience a advantage
A person who can drive the business forward in terms of sales, revenue, quality and profitability by taking a "hands on" approach to leading our established team
Hands on approach to managing the hotel with a strong customer focus
Strong Financial acumen
Ability to lead by example and focus on staff retention and training and development
The successful candidate will be managing a newly built bar in Aberdeen at the Railway Station as well as the Summerhill Hotel.
General Manager personal specification:
This position will suit a local person from a smaller property background, however we welcome applications from experienced candidates who are willing to re-locate.
