A Commercial Property Solicitor is required for a rewarding opportunity with a firm who provide legal services to businesses and individuals. The role will be based in Preston and offers a basic salary of up to £55,000.
Our client provides legal services to businesses and individuals. They have over 200 members of staff, of which 30 are Partners, and they operate from offices across Lancashire.
You will run your own case load in what is a very demanding and fast paced role.
You will have a minimum of 1 year pqe. You will have experience of dealing with general commercial property cases and sales/acquisitions, plot sales, landlord and tenant, and secured lending matters. You will be at ease with business developing and will have exceptional file management skills.
