Our client, a global leader in technology, are seeking a Change Delivery Manager who will be accountable for providing the delivery service for a high volume of change requests submitted by the programme across the infrastructure.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain and track work requests
Provide the delivery service for a high volume of change requests
Measure and manage the service provided
Ensure there is a delivery culture in the team and stress the importance of meeting commitments to the programme
Ensure scope control is in place for changes in project requirements
Ensure the delivery is focused on the priorities of the programme releasing change to live
Ensure daily checkpoints are co-ordinated on critical changes at Pre-Production stage
Work closely with the 'Technical Governance' team to ensure any conflicts of priorities are escalated
Excellent communication, along with strong logical, conflict, negotiation and Project Management skills are essential for this requirement. A broad technical understanding is also extremely important including proven ability to demonstrate Risk, Change and Delivery Management skills within an ITIL environment.

There will be initial travel required within this role for knowledge transfer and training purposes.
