You will come from a Hotel Receptionist background and either be currently working within a senior role or feel that the time has come to take that next step. The main duties are.
Supervision of staff both reception and concierge Greeting Guests managing staffing rotas Handling enquiries and customer requests. Answering the telephone and directing guests enquiries.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience within a hotel services background and be looking to join an operation that has a key focus on quality. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be extremely well presented.
Additional Information
16000 pa
Working shifts 5 out of 7 days including weekends.
Hours of work will be on either 6.00 - 2.30pm or 2.00 - 10.30pm shift pattern to cover this beautiful establishments front line Reception operation
