Our client is a global leader in the repair and maintenance of high voltage electrical motors and generators, and related services across several industries. As a brand with over 100 years of history, they are committed to providing an outstanding level of service and technical support to their diverse client base.

As part of their continued and impressive growth, they are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer for their offshore site services team at the Aberdeen site. The purpose of this position is to provide electrical and technical support for the offshore division, with duties to include, but not be restricted to:-

• Producing quotations for offshore work, liaising with customers, ordering materials, organising and supervising projects.
• Scheduling new and ongoing offshore work as required.
• Supervision of offshore workers.
• Provision of electrical support for offshore workers
• Provision of technical support specifically around condition monitoring
• Development of project work
• Development of working procedures in support of client requirements

Candidates must have served a recognised 4 year electrical apprenticeship with applicable minimal qualifications, and will have the ability to read and will require a Full UK or Equivalent recognised Driving Licence. Your interpersonal and communication skills will be of the highest calibre.

Ideally, you will be Certified to work on and have knowledge of equipment suitable for application in hazardous area locations ie.CompEx Certificate or equivalent.

You will be able to provide technical support with regards to offshore Condition Monitoring.
