The Human Resources function plays a key role in delivering leading edge policies, systems and processes to enable our leaders and their teams to perform to the best of their ability, now and in the future. As a result of the recent NWOW (New Ways of Working) Corporate Services review, they are now looking to recruit a driven, motivated, highly passionate and experienced individual who has proven skills and qualifications within both Executive Recruitment Search and Recruitment Assessment Services. As such the successful applicant with hold the following qualifications: - BPS Level A+B Occupational Testing / Level 2 Test User Personality (Occupational)
The role will have full responsibility for the centralised assessment service across the organisation, this role will work with directorates to provide guidance and establish assessment needs, along with full responsibility for all stages of the Executive recruitment process, from supplier selection and briefing to offer negotiation and on-boarding of successful appointments. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Corporate Leadership Team you will have proven experience of the Executive Recruitment market to be able to advice on best practice and ensure appropriate market penetration at this level.
Overall this role will ensure robust and appropriate selection procedures are available to the whole organisation, across a diverse range of positions, and therefore knowledge of assessment approaches is essential.
This role requires excellent consulting and communication skills. It is essential to have previous executive/search experience, either within an organisational in-house recruitment team or an executive/search recruitment company. Assessment and CIPD qualifications or equivalent will be required for this position, with training being provided to the successful candidate where required.
