Huntswood are working with one of the top 100 independent insurance brokers in the UK who deliver three core services: corporate insurance, private client insurance and financial services. Due to the highly successful private clients team they are looking for another experienced Account Handler who will be able to hit the ground running and be responsible for their own portfolio of clients.

Principle objectives:

• Providing an excellent service to a portfolio of clients, advising on information to those which the job holder is deemed competent, otherwise seeking advice as appropriate
• Checking policy documents (including endorsements) for accuracy prior to receipt by clients
• Handling invoicing of premiums due, maintaining effective credit control in respect of allocated clients
• Processing correspondence, renewals, pre-renewal activity, quotations and computer input
• Develop and maintain positive ongoing relationships and look to cross sell to existing accounts

Qualifications and skills:
You will ideally have at least two years account handling experience within the insurance market, dealing with private and high net worth clients across motor, household and travel. Ideally, you will be cert CII qualified or looking to work towards this.
