An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Adviser to join the Uk's largest Telecommunications company based in one of their banded store in Edinburgh Gyle on a temporary basis.
Our Client prides themselves in offering an exceptional service to all customers and this is portrayed through the service offered in store, therefore, to be successful in this role you must be a confident individual that is passionate about both the technologies used in the telecommunications market as well as the customers who use them and be driven by offering an exceptional service from first contact!
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £6.50 per hour
Commission based bonus earned after your initial 12 weeks.
Hours: 20 hours per week minimum.
Overtime may be an option depending on the individual stores requirements. I must stress that flexibility over a seven day period will be crucial as weekend working will be a requirement.
Must Haves:
- A Minimum of 6 months recent retail Experience
- Experience in working in a target driven Sales environment.
- A confident yet approachable manor when dealing with customers
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent customer service skills both face to face and telephony based
- Great listening skills, with the ability to understand, relate to and match the customers needs
- The ability to exceed the customers expectations
- A character people instantly warm to, whether they want a new phone or not
- Enjoy working in a busy, challenging environment
Your role:
- Approach customers in a friendly manner
- Possess excellent product knowledge
- Work towards sales targets
- Up sell and cross sell at given opportunities
- Always uphold excellent customer service at all times
- General retail tasks.
