Here at Simplyhealth we are looking for a Sales Trainer to provide effective training, competence and development support to deliver revenue growth within the Telesales and Field Sales Team. This is a 9 month contract to cover maternity. You will work with the Training, Competence and Development manager to design and deliver all components of the training program including product, process, technology, coaching and sales tools.
We are looking for a trainer who can:
- Design and deliver courses and modules from within the agreed program to ensure the ongoing competence of the sales team.
- Work with the training team to deliver an effective induction program and liaise with Sales Leaders to ensure effective handover and development plans are established
- Work closely with Sales Leaders to ensure the teams receive ongoing support and training to achieve their objectives
- Review performance metrics such as sales monitoring, complaints and persistency measures to identify training needs
- Provide training to support relevant change requirements for specific projects
- Observe sales team members to ensure consistency of approach, check product knowledge and identify possible training needs
You will be responsible for ensuring that all training is in line with the Training and Competence scheme is validated appropriately and documentation is maintained to comply with Financial Service Authority (FSA) requirements. Th erole is based in Andover but is training the Field Sales Team and so extensive travel will be required.
