Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced Production Engineer to join our client’s specialist manufacturing organisation. You will be responsible for working closely with production on all assembly and product issues.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with both sales and production functions to ensure all products meet customer requirements, delivery schedules and product quality
• Manage the BOM database and control all engineering documentation
• Introduce continuous improvement techniques across production and assembly areas
• Manage and update a wide variety of manufacturing, mechanical and electrical CAD drawings

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of working within a similar role in a manufacturing environment coupled with excellent continuous improvement experience. Knowledge of AutoCAD and other CAD packages is desirable. You will be a confident communicator as you will be required to liaise with all levels throughout the organisation.
