We are recruiting for a confident, flexible and pro-active Data Analyst to join our international and rapidly expanding client based in Welwyn Garden City. The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and have the proven ability to compile, analyse and present statistical information using Microsoft Excel. You must possess a 'can-do' attitude, be able to work in a very busy environment and not be afraid to challenge data trends. The successful Data Analyst will ideally have experience of analysing compliance, as this will be a main focus of the position. Your work load will be project based, as well as 'business as usual', so previous project experience will be highly beneficial.

The Data Analyst to join this business will have a very high level of communication, allowing you to collect and relay analytical information across the business. Your analysis will be used to provide management with opportunities for service improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with some commercial experience, who has a huge drive to learn and progress in a professional environment.
