You will currently be in a similar role, having responsibility for a call centre team and its performance with the ability to build effective relationships and balance priorities.
In addition, knowledge of MI and call centre technology will be a big advantage as well exposure to salesforce. com. Obviously any knowledge or experience of logistics, couriers or transport also a big bonus.
