This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced application support analyst to join a leading technology business in Aberdeen. My client specialises in different sectors, such as energy, transport and public.
The challenge: You will respond to requests for assistance from 1st & 2nd line support analysts to ensure resolution of issues within agreed SLAs. It will also be your responsibility to take ownership of complex incidents and service requests to ensure that customers can use the business applications with the appropriate access and information required.
Technical skills: The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in a 3rd line support background, with knowledge of supporting Synergi or Maximo applications. You should also have a good working knowledge of Windows Server 2008, Exchange Server 2007/2010, Active Directory and Citrix.
The person: You will have excellent organisation and team building skills, with the ability to communicate with clients and employees at all levels throughout the business. As a 3rd line support analyst, you will demonstrate exceptional problem solving skills and attention to detail.
