This is a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager!! I am recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager, for a client of mine who provide high quality nursing care to elderly residents with physical health conditions and dementia. Consisting of 80 beds, and possessing a warm, homely feel which coexists in a progressive and dynamic clinical environment. Specific Duties Include:· Assist with the assessment of Service Users needs and plans, deliver and evaluate individual care / support / treatment plans in consultation with Service Users, their relatives and the care Team.· Conducts risk assessments· Assists with staff scheduling to ensure adequate people are available to meet requirements.· Supervises all activities and promotes high standards in all service aspects.· Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with Priory policies, procedures and practices to meet Statutory, Regulatory, Audit, Compliance, Health & Safety and Security requirements.· Participates in care, staff supervisions and reviews and supports staff to achieve their personal plan objectives.

Assists with the induction and orientation of new care staff.· Plans, arranges and attends meetings with staff, Service User’s relatives as required.· Participates in an on-call rota for the home.· Assumes responsibility for all managerial and clinical leadership within Care Home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
