Human Resources Officer
Our client is looking for a HR Officer, to work in their Cardiff Office, to provide a professional HR advisory service to managers on all employee/employment and recruitment related matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to assist the company in expanding their workforce.
Experience & Skills: The successful candidate will:
Have experience of working in a HR role, in particular, Employee relations/Recruitment and selection, preferably in a call centre environment.
Be CPP or part/fully CIPD qualified, or working towards CIPD.
Have a working knowledge of all Employment Legislation.
Be committed to continuous professional Development.
Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite of software.
Good organisational skills and able to prioritise workloads.
Able to foster strong working relationships with staff and senior management.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about people and their development.
Attention to detail.
Conscientious, reliable and self-motivated.
Helpful and approachable, sensitive to confidentiality issues.
Open and trustworthy.
Enthusiastic with a positive, can-do attitude to work.
Able to work co-operatively with others to complete tasks and implement process improvements.
