Our client is looking for a HR Officer, to work in their Cardiff Office, to provide a professional HR advisory service to managers on all employee/employment and recruitment related matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to assist the company in expanding their workforce.
Job Description
Experience & Skills:The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working in a HR role, in particular, Employee relations/Recruitment and selection, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Be CPP or part/fully CIPD qualified, or working towards CIPD.
- Have a working knowledge of all Employment Legislation.
- Be committed to continuous professional Development.
- Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite of software.
