Main duties and responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workplace by following all Fire, Health and Safety and Company policies
• All training and instructions regarding equipment and cleaning materials are adhered to and keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times
• Adhere to company stock control and rotation procedures to protect quality and prevent wastage
• Ensure all dishes are consistently served to company specifications
• Complete Company and legal due diligence documentation on every shift
• Follow uniform policy at all times on duty
• Respect and maintain Company equipment and report any issues to the manager immediately
• Attend monthly team meetings
• Completes The Gateway Induction Programme within the first 13 weeks
