We are looking for an experienced, imaginative and innovative teacher with a passion for Early Years Education who is able to demonstrate effective leadership and management skills. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate that they have the ability to inspire and motivate a team to ensure that both children and staff reach their full potential and that they share our exciting vision for the future of our Federation. The post will be primarily based at Maidenhead Nursery School but some cross Federation work will be required. To start September 2012. All appointments will be subject to a full CRB check and references will be taken up before interviews. CRB cost may be met by employer.
