Job Description:
To assist the chef in the running of a busy busy Italian restaurant in team of 3 chefs. The candidate will be expected to write up their own traditional dishes take control of training junior members of the team, ordering, making sure all health and safety policies are followed.

Job Requirements:
The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in traditional regional Italian cuisine. You will be required to have the right culinary qualifications and a progressive resume. Consistency in your food and presentation and must be a strong team player.
