Role
Lucas Love Healthcare is keen to add a Healthcare Recruitment Coordinator/ Administrator to the Healthcare team.
The role of a Healthcare Recruitment Coordinator/ Administrator encompasses, but is not limited to the following;
Assisting with the recruitment of nurses and healthcare workers and contacting existing customer base to fill vacant shifts
Overseeing Human Resource administration of candidates; completing the registration of all new nursing/ healthcare workers
Assisting the Nurse Manager to ensure the Agency meets RQIA guidelines providing full administrative support
Organising uniforms and ID badges for healthcare workers
Liaising with external trainer to coordinate new healthcare worker training and ensuring healthcare workers remain compliant
Development of a customer base
Proactive business development & promotional activity
Diary Management
Dealing with inbound customer calls
Logging weekly timesheets onto Agency database
Liaising with payroll manager and submission of temporary worker payroll information to Agency deadlines
Management of AWR with both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
Essential:
Minimum C grade (and above) in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
Desirable
A level education (or equivalent)
Third level degree qualification
Relevant Experience:
Essential
A minimum of 6 months administrative experience in recruitment
Desirable
Recruitment Coordinator Experience
Experience of working in Healthcare/ Healthcare Recruitment
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Circumstances
Must be available to remotely assist with the out of hours/ on call system
