THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working as part of the Global Business Solutions Marketing team to provide all aspects of product training and product cross sale development.
• The role holder will be responsible for developing the product training agenda including curriculum development, delivery, accreditations and KPI's.

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in training design and delivery in sales or product training
• Understanding of training best practice and training with sales teams
• Experience in the design capability for induction, lesson & module design (product specific)
• Ability to analyse information, research possible options and provide logical recommendations
• Previous financial services training, coaching and mentoring
• Excellent PC skills including the ability to use Power point and Excel as a planning and analysis tool
