THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working as part of the Global Business Solutions Marketing team to provide all aspects of product training and product cross sale development.
The role holder will be responsible for developing the product training agenda including curriculum development, delivery, accreditations and KPI's.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Extensive knowledge and experience in training design and delivery in sales or product training
Understanding of training best practice and training with sales teams
Experience in the design capability for induction, lesson & module design (product specific)
Ability to analyse information, research possible options and provide logical recommendations
Previous financial services training, coaching and mentoring
Excellent PC skills including the ability to use Power point and Excel as a planning and analysis tool
