Develop the research activities of the School by sustaining a personal research plan, and by managing and undertaking research activities in accordance with specific collaborative projects within the Centre.3. Sustain a high quality publication record by publishing in refereed journals and presenting at conferences to promote individual research and to enhance the School’s research profile.4.
