Payroll Manager required for one of Wales fastest growing companies. Due to continual growth our client is looking for an experienced payroll Manager to take responsibility for their rapidly expanding offices.

The payroll manager will be responsible for offering a hand-on service and taking the lead on all aspects of the monthly pay run including arranging the payment of staff salaries through the manual and computerised payroll system as well as administering the Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay and Statutory Paternity Pay schemes within the company.

The payroll manager will also have the following responsibilities-

The payroll manager must have excellent interpersonal skills and Able to demonstrate experience in a payroll / finance related environment. Also Experience of using SAGE is advantageous; however extensive experience of a computerised payroll system is essential.

Finally experience of working for a payroll department in a company of more than 500 people is desirable.
