A new role has arisen to manage & improve the financial services sector of the business. Your duties as a Sales Development Manager will include: Manage a team in dealing with their sales & personal development. Deal with the marketing content & strategy for the company. Deal with recruitment & training matters. Monitor customer feedback. Negotiate new partnerships to increase sales opportunities. The ideal Candidate will have: A Diploma level qualification, or equivalent. Experience of marketing & managing a sales team within the Financial Services market. Experience in training & supporting individuals to achieve goals. Strong negotiation skills.
