JOB DUTIES : The TotalMobile helpdesk provides remote support to our customer base in their daily usage of the TotalMobile suite of products. The Mobile Support Analyst will work on our busy helpdesk and provide first, second and third line support as required. Education skills required:
A minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
Previous experience of customer service/support/helpdesk in an application support environment.
Knowledge of database management and structure.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL (Structured Query Language) Database query and management tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including ability to explain technical issues.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Professional telephone manner.
Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Office.
Ability to multi-task.
Results focused, able to work on own initiative and as part of a busy team.
Strong analytical, planning and organisational abilities.
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
Genuine interest in computer software applications.
Available to work additional hours as necessary.
Available to work international shifts depending on business needs.
