A professional and well presented Marketing Graduate is required to join a well established company based in Milton Keynes.
The role based in Milton Keynes is a full time position working Monday-Friday providing effective administration support for the day to day activities carried out by the Marketing team across all areas, assisting the team to meet the over business requirements and goals.
Other duties will include-
Administer office schedules and movements for the team.
Manage the administration of purchase orders and invoices.
Develop and maintain relationships with international markets
Support the Marketing team with day to day office administration.
Assist and coordinate non-sponsor specific hospitality requests.
Assist and coordinate team promotional items
Organise and administer schedules and tours.
Manage stock replenishment and the inventory of all marketing tools.
Support the Account Management team with research and assist when required in collating proposals.
Assist and support in managing internal communication and preparing factory newsletters
To carry out any other reasonable duties defined by the Head of Marketing
To display and maintain the highest standards of personal conduct whilst representing the company ensuring that any task assigned to you is completed thoroughly and to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will be a marketing graduate but experience in marketing is not key, although would be an advantage.
