As our Manufacturing Engineer you’ll report to the Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for managing daily engineering issues arising from production and ensuring its smooth running. This will also involve:

• supporting new products from design and development into production
• creating and inputting all electronic data into the computer management system to support the product life-cycle
• monitoring the throughput of finished product in the test area to ensure compliance
• maintaining the systems which ensure compliance with both ISO and CSA standards.

With a demonstrable track record of production engineering in a progressive environment, supported by hands on experience working with both tools and machinery, you’ll possess significant knowledge of improvement techniques and production analysis. The Manufacturing Engineer role also requires:

• creative engineering design skills
• Strong analytical problem solving capability with attention to design and BoM details
• A firm grasp of ISO 9001, lean manufacturing techniques and value engineering
• PC literacy, with experience of MS Office tools and computerised production control systems.
