You will be responsible for undertaking daily administration tasks related to sales made by uSwitch for Business. You will ensure that all sales are submitted to contracted energy supply companies within agreed timescales, and provide administrative support to the sales operation.
Carry out the necessary administration tasks as carried out by the team.
Display a good understanding of the energy broker market.
Act as a point of contact for queries related to sales, both internally and from customers.
To display the ability to resolve queries using initiative and with minimum guidance.
To achieve targets and objectives in line with Performance Management procedures
Organise individual workload to ensure operational and individual priorities are met.
Liaise with customers as and when required in order to ensure successful acceptance of as many sales as possible.
Must be flexible, allowing for extended working hours on occasions when required.
Relevant and significant experience working in an administration environment.
Experience of using a customer database.
Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
