Eden Scott is looking to attract IFAs to join a leading national IFA who are looking to expand their team as they have now implemented their post RDR business model and are experiencing a period of growth. The company offer excellent levels of sales support allowing advisors to build strong relationships with their clients rather than getting bogged down with administration.

With strong internal training and a team of experienced wealth management professionals they are open minded to applications from advisors from a range of back grounds including tied financial planners from direct sales or bancassurance environments, and experienced IFAs looking for a move to company with a strong infrastructure for writing business.

Successful candidates will be offered salaries ranging from 35,000 to 50,000 per annum depending on advisor's business plan and experience levels, further to this there a is a generous and clear bonus structure offering great earning potential with top performers in excess 100,000 per annum.
