Job Summary:
> To develop new and existing agencies so that the Section grows and achieves its objectives.
> To provide support and guidance to approximately 8 - 10 Agents (the Section).
> To provide temporary cover for vacant agencies.
> To ensure Agents comply with legislation, policies and procedures.
Job Content:
> To provide motivation and guidance to Agents to achieve the Section’s growth and performance objectives.
> To analyse and discuss agency performance with Agents on a weekly basis.
> To formulate and agree the Agent’s own growth and performance objectives.
> To vet and authorise applications for credit with Company policy limits and conduct home visits to potential customers in order to assess their suitability.
> To conduct home visits to customers to manage arrears cases, maximise sales potential and monitor customer satisfaction.
> To co-ordinate and participate in growth initiatives such as liaison with external salespeople and own Section canvass activity.
> To create new agencies as a main method for driving Section growth.
> To service customers on vacant agencies while a new Agent is engaged.
> To support the Area Manager in finding and selecting new Agents.
> To provide structured support and tuition to new Agents both in the office, and through dual-visitation to customers.
> To complete administration and documentation relevant to the role, and advise Agents on the same.
> To ensure agencies are operated in line with legislation and Company policy.
> To attend regular meetings with the Area Manager to review Section performance and agree objectives and key tasks for the subsequent period.
Occasional Duties:
> To implement changes in Company policy.
> To conduct Agent meetings as required.
> To participate in seasonal customer promotions.
> To conduct security work as necessary.
Candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK when requested.
You may have worked in the following capacities:
Lending Sales, Senior Sales Executive, Financial Services, Loans Underwriter, Field Sales Executive, Relationship Manager.
