This is a very exciting opportunity which comes at a time when the Trust is developing at a pace, with the aim of achieving foundation trust status in March/ April 2013.
As well as being a key member of the Departmental Senior Management Team, you will manage and the lead the delivery of the Employment Resourcing functions, consisting of Recruitment and Selection, Medical Staffing, Volunteer Services and the Staff Bank.
You will be able to give expert advice and support divisions to align their resourcing and business strategies. You will be able to Identify key performance indicators and ensure regular reports and statistics are provided at a strategic level. You will have to also ensure compliance with statutory, local and national standards in relation to Employment Services and lead audits and reviews to determine the effectiveness of controls
You will lead the delivery of high impact employment services with a strong focus on customer service
You will be an excellent team player, who will thrive within a forward thinking HR team and work closely with other HR Colleagues to ensure a seamless and World Class HR Service to our customers.
You will be educated to degree level/ or have equivalent relevant work experience including significant operational HR experience post qualification, be a full member of the CIPD and have experience of leading teams, recruitment and selection and leading workforce change programmes.
